Our team comprises of Harvard, New York University, and Paris II graduates admitted to practice law in Beirut, Dubai, Paris, and New York, with a broad understanding of international law and cross-border compliance matters.
Me Nadine Imad is an attorney with over 8 years of experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and taxation. She represented numerous companies in a wide range of industries focusing on private equity deals and corporate restructuring. Nadine studied at the Filière Francophone de Droit and pursued her education in alternative dispute resolution at Paris II. She is also a certified mediator. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Arabic.
Me Rami Alamé specializes in complex corporate and financial structures. He holds two LLMs in corporate law and financial services law respectively from the New York University School of Law. He pursued a bachelor in business administration from the American University of Beirut. He is admitted to the New York Bar Association and the Beirut Bar Association. Prior to joining Ororus Advisors, Rami worked with major law firms in New York amongst which Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft LLP.
Me Magda Farhat holds a bachelor degree in law from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut and is a Harvard Law School graduate admitted to practice law in New York and Beirut. Magda's practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganizations, and corporate finance transactions in the Middle East and the Gulf. Magda also works closely with startups and VCs on major funding rounds.
